    Shipping will vary for all other countries depending on package weight and destination. Products will only be shipped after payment has been made.
    Shipping will take 7-10 business days (for in-stock items).
    Shipping may take longer for some items. EMS tracking information may take 2-3 days to be available.
    International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

    If the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again.
    All related costs (return shipping, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

    If you requested a refund, you will be notified via email within 7 business days of receipt that your refund has been processed.

    It can take up to an additional 5 ~7 working days for the funds to post to your account depending upon your financial institution.


    Exchanges will be shipped out to you within 10-14 days of receipt and you will be notified via email once your requested exchange has been processed.

    You can only make a change on color or the size of the item you ordered. (Unfortunately, you cannot change your order to a different item/model)

    For both cancellation and exchange, it can be proceeded only when your order is ‘Pending’.

    If not, it means your order has been packed and already sent out, so we cannot process the change or cancellation of order.

    [After Shipment]

    All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days (even for defective items). Once confirmed, items must be returned.

    We also advise customers to take note of the returning items' tracking number for future reference.

    Refund and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
    All products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, including product, bag, box, and any gifts. If any gifts that were sent have been used or lost, the buyer will be responsible for paying for those items in order to complete a return or exchange.
